If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery type than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
